Such am oriental cuisine and they stick to the old tradition of serving food as they do it in the past. Food prepared and slowly cooked using charcoal and it tasted brilliant, bring back old memories when i was a lil kid back then. They retained all the greatness till now. I wonder why people almost forgot this stall and move on to another new restaurant.
